Product Roadmaps: Destination Unknown

Synopsis

A great product roadmap helps a team stay aligned, focussed, and nimble. But most product roadmaps aren’t great, they’re awful. And most of the examples shared online aren’t up to the task. You know you’re in trouble if your roadmap is full of features that will never get delivered, deadlines that can’t be met, and assumptions that can’t be justified.

It doesn’t have to be like that.

This talk reveals how you can create a credible product roadmap and use it to get stakeholders and team members working together smoothly and effectively.
